Terms and conditions related to your registration, cancellation and liability as follows:

• All bookings must be paid in advance and will only be confirmed when full payment has been received.
• Early bird discounts are for bookings and payment received on or before 20 July 2023.
• Written cancellation received before 31 July 2023 will have a 40% charge of the total fee.
• Written cancellation received before 31 August 2023 will have a 70% charge of the total fee.
• Written cancellation received from 01 September 2023 will have a 100% charge of the total fee.
• No show delegates will not receive a refund.
• If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome to take your place.
• Any changes required in attendance should be directed in writing to the Conference Organisers on [email protected]
• All requests for registration cancellations and refunds to be forwarded in writing to [email protected]
• Refunds will only be done AFTER the Conference has ended.
• The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.

The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, including if a visa is officially refused to the participant and/or partner. We strongly advise all participants to start their visa application as early as possible in order to avoid disappointments.
